Welcome to Inner Temple
Most recently I had the most beautiful yoga studio that I called Inner Temple. It was once old chapel of the Immaculate Conception and included an altar in the wall and a river running down its length.
There was a soft and safe feminine energy throughout and it was the most perfect place to be and hold space and it has informed my practice today. People would come in and I would see them visibly relax just stepping through the door, smelling the incense, knowing they had come to take some time for themselves and for the next few hours they were prioritising and re-connecting to themselves.
“Inner temple is a space to relax, recharge and let the daily stresses melt away. A chance to slow down, unwind, breathe deeply and remember yourself.”
This statement is as true today as it was describing the studio. Now the Inner Temple is not a building or a place to go to but a space inside of yourself that is longing for connection.
I offer relational, trauma and attachment informed psychotherapy which can include breathwork, movement practices, ceremony, art, dreamwork, Internal Family Systems (parts work), guided visualisation, body awareness or anything that may arise in the session.
We listen closely to what your body is expressing and how the story of you is unfolding. Through gentle exploration, we can begin to uncover old patterns of holding, tension, protection and dis-ease.
This process unfolds at your pace, in a space of safety, trust, and co-regulation. By working in this way, you can shift and release these patterns on the deepest level, and become open to experiencing more joy, more connection, more vital health and more freedom.
Integration Psychotherapy can support you if you are:
• Feeling disconnected from your body or inner world
• Living with anxiety, chronic tension, or emotional overwhelm
• Feeling stuck
• Curious about how early experiences shape your present
• Longing for deeper self awareness and healing.
Sometimes we don’t know what the problem is, just that we are not ok. You don’t need to know how to begin. Just a willingness to listen—to your body, your story, and what’s ready to unfold. This is not about fixing, but a remembering of who you are beneath the layers – and allowing your natural capacity for healing to emerge.
