Integration Psychotherapy is a body-centred approach that gently supports you in reconnecting with your deeper self through the wisdom of your body.
We explore what is being expressed beneath the words – sometimes a movement, emotion, sensation, a part, imagery. metaphor or even a silence will surface which gives us a hint at what is beneath and wanting to be expressed.
While traditional talk therapies often focus on thoughts and emotions, Integration Psychotherapy works with all of you—body, especially the nervous system, mind, and soul. This allows us to reach and shift patterns that were laid down even before memory begins, creating space for new ways of being.
This way of working recognises that we experience the world not only through our thoughts and emotions, but also through what is held in our bodies. Every experience we’ve had—especially in early life—is stored in the body’s rhythms, reactions, and relational patterning. These unconscious imprints shape how we connect with others, how we feel about ourselves, and how we move through life.
