A chance to take some slow time for yourself, to look back and celebrate your year so far and plant some seeds for the next 6 months as our energy follows the sun and now begins to move slowly back to a more internal phase. Eve’s Yin Yoga class is a meditative form of yoga with asanas held for 3-5 minutes. Each pose working deep within the layers of muscle and connective tissues within the body which cultivates physical ease and mental calm. We will follow this deeply nourishing and restorative class with some sound healing from the moon gong. The Gong facilitates deep meditation and allow ourselves space to listen deeply to our inner knowing and let go whilst the gong works her magic.
