Pranyama (or breath) and meditation go hand in hand. Meditation can and will transform your life. It can bring you a calmer mind, more focus, more presence and better able to deal with your everyday life. It is a powerful practice but steeped in mystery and confusion and some people don’’t know where to begin. We will practice different breath techniques including long deep breathing and ujai breath which will help with your meditation practice. We will then practice different meditations, talk about the confusion, how to create a meditation space and how and when to fit it into your life.
