We cannot detox our bodies without also detoxing our minds, our subsconscious and the systems inside of ourselves. As we can see from the outside the old systems and ways of being are not working anymore as humanity evolves to its next version of itself. As within, so without.
This weekend will be dedicated to coming together to hold ourselves and each other accountable in the softest and most supported way so that we can help be part of the solution and help create a better way of being on earth. A transformational fast track for mind, body & soul – learning the importance and benefits of cultivating a rich and stable inner life, a strong and healthy body, a calm mind, and a heart connected focus.
You will leave the weekend feeling nourished, clear, energised and connected to yourself and others in a deeper way. You will feel ready for your year ahead.
Location: Near Barnstaple, Devon
Our retreat venue is a luxury farmhouse surrounded by beautiful views over the Exmoor countryside. We have a heated yoga studio, wood-fired hot tub, cosy snug with log burner, super comfortable bedrooms and spacious open plan kitchen.
