Saturday 25th March 2 – 4 pm
with Nafia Harding and Ann Carroll
We will loosen up the muscles and joints and relieve tension with a 30 minute yoga flow in order to prepare the body for the massage. We will then learn and practice in pairs some basic Thai Yoga Massage techniques and finish off with some raw cake and chai tea. A beautiful afternoon of connection and nourishment for the mind, body and soul.
