Meditation can and will transform your life. It can bring you a calmer mind, more focus, more presence and better able to deal with your everyday life.
It is a powerful practice but steeped in mystery and confusion and some people don’’t know where to begin.
Tuesdays is perfect for beginners or if you want to deepen your practice ~ we will practice different meditations, talk about the confusion, how to create a meditation space and how and when to fit it into your life.
