Meditation can transform your life. It is a powerful practice but is steeped in mystery and confusion and some people don’t even know where to begin.
Over 3 weeks we will practice different kinds of meditations, talk about the confusion and how to create a meditation station and how and when to fit it in to your life.
Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, there will be a few nuggets in here for you to uplift your life.
£10 for each session (can stand alone)
