The Gong facilitates deep meditation and healing at core level. The sacred sound of the gong reduces stress in the mind and body by rebalancing our physical and emotional bodies, allowing a deep sense of wellbeing and inner peace.
We will do a few gentle stretches, a meditation to clear the subconscious and free up the mind and then just relax and allow the gong to do the work and bring about the subtle changes in the energy body.
Working with the powerful moon energies, you will understand less is more.
